We are Kim and Zach McCormick, owners and operators of Bay Bound Solutions. Bay Bound Solutions understands the feeling of arriving at the cottage, taking a deep breath, and relaxing. BBS takes a hands-on, personalized approach with each client and prides itself on reliable, transparent and prompt service.  We grew up, were married, and have lived on the Bay. We have years of experience in servicing island access properties and understand the unique situations and problems that Georgian Bay cottagers are presented with. For each challenge, Bay Bound has a Solution!

We owned and operated a 10 cottage resort on Georgian Bay. Through owning the resort, we gained further experience in managing a property on the Bay. We renovated the cottages, cleaned up and maintained the property and constructed solutions to the problems characteristic of Georgian Bay cottages.
